Ferrand, Deland W. age 77, of Columbia Heights, passed away July 26, 2014. Preceded in death by parents, Carvel and Evelyn and sister, Dianne. Survived by wife of 58 years, Donna (Maschino); children, Randy, Cindy and Dustin (Jen); grandchildren, Jordan and Katelyn; sisters, Carolyn and Marilyn Hammen; also many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
