Hall, Charles "CT" Todd of Plymouth passed away on July 20, 2014 at the Veterans Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. He was 64 years old. Preceded in death by parents Kenneth and Ruth Hall, and sister Pamela Waechter. Chuck is survived by his sons Joshua and his wife Kam of Shakopee and Gregory of Minne-tonka; 2 grandchildren Aiden and Sadie; 2 nieces, Nicole Waechter of Seattle, WA and Elsbeth Howe of Dellwood; 1 nephew, Mark Waechter of Avondale, AZ; aunt Louise Carlson and cousin Doug Carlson, both of Minneapolis. Chuck was born on November 18, 1949 in Minneapolis, the son of Kenneth and Ruth (Techkum) Hall. He graduated from Hopkins High School in 1968. He enlisted in the Army and served four years overseas as a General's aide. Upon returning from his service, he began working at Hudson Map Company as 3rd generation in the family business and later became President and CEO. He married Jane (Hansen) Hall in 1972. Chuck loved coaching his son's baseball teams, power boat racing with his dad, and golfing with his sons and grandson. He will be remembered as a loving father and grandfather.
