George, Marilyn M. (Leas) Age 79 of Brooklyn Park joined her Lord and Savior July 20, 2014. Preceded in heaven by her parents Clarence and Martha Leas; husband Donald George; sons, Doug and Steve George. She is survived by her son Brad; daughter Theresa and son-in-law Greg, who was more like a son to her. She is also survived by grandchildren Nicole, Morgan, Nate, Adam, Krista and Sara; and great-granddaughter Jaya. The Leas sisters, Betty (Calix) Pommier, Jan Kunselman, Sharon (Jack) McClure; and family and friends. Funeral services will be held on Thursday July 24th at 11AM, St. Alphonsus, 7025 Halifax Ave N, Brooklyn Center, visitation one hour prior to service. Private family interment at St. Rose of Lima, Avoca, MN. She was a devoted Catholic, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Forever will be missed.
