Scott, Robert C., ex MFH Robert Connell Scott of Lyman, SC, age 92. Born in Ireland, immigrated to America in 1950 and made friends across the country as he indulged his passion for and mastery of fox hunting, riding, shooting, hunting, biathlon, sailing and bird watching. Beloved husband for 33 years of Joan Keaveny Scott; they had two children, Robert K. Scott, Elizabeth Laing Scott MacMillan and four grandchildren. Beloved husband for 27 years of Leslie Brooks Scott. For 40 years a successful real estate broker in Hamel, MN, but his proudest professional accomplishment was helping acquire land for several Hennepin County parks. Active in Middle Tyger Ruritan Club and in many ways improving life for those around him. Memorial services will be held 4:00 p.m. Friday, December 1, 2017 at The Wood Mortuary Chapel, Greer, S.C. Visitation will be held 2:30-3:45 p.m. Friday prior to the service at the mortuary.
