Perry, Nancy Ann Roberts Age 93, of Deephaven, MN peacefully went to her Lord and Savior on Friday, November 10, 2017 in her home. Mom was born on Veterans Day November 11, 1924 to Leola and Frank Roberts of Waukesha, WI. She graduated from Waukesha High School in 1942, attended Lawrence University and in 1948, received a BS from Evanston Hospital School of Nursing. Mom moved to Minnesota in 1954, settling in Cottagewood where she raised her 6 children. She worked as a nurse at Deephaven Elementary School and Chapel View Care Center in Hopkins, MN. Mom attended Ridgewood Church for over 40 years and enjoyed volunteering at the Arboretum and other numerous organizations, traveling, reading, gardening and swimming. She loved the Lord, her grandchildren and spending time with her family and friends. Mom was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Frank, John and Ted Roberts, Grandson Spencer Johnson, son-in-law Joe Ernst and former husband William Perry. Survived by her children Claire, Ann (Dean Johnson), Jane Ernst, Robert, Susan Patterson (Gregg), Sally Petersen (Jim); grandchildren Justin Humenik (Carrie), Brent Humenik, Shelley Roberts Gyllen (Jeff), Scott Addison (Alex Anderson), Kathryn Batchelor (Vance), Justin Ernst (Laura), Samuel, Sophia, Emma and Joseph Patterson, Hannah Wynne (Landon) and Elliott Petersen; great grandchildren Paige and Thomas Humenik, Evan Humenik, Ayden Johnson, Aiden and Evie Batchelor, Brooks Ernst and Kylie Brumfield; sisters-in-laws Peggy and Marilyn Roberts; and numerous nieces & nephews. A celebration of Mom's life will be held on Sunday, December 3, 2017 with a visitation at 2pm followed by a service at 3pm, Ridgewood Church, 4420 Co Rd 101 S, Minne-tonka, MN 55345, (952) 474-0858. Refreshments will be served at the church following the service. Memorials preferred to Meals On Wheels, Reach & Restore or to donor's choice.
