Lane, Gladys M. (Abt) age 83, of St. Paul, born on May 1, 1934 in New Ulm, MN to Jacques and Erma Abt went graciously with the Lord on Sunday, November 12, 2017. She led a full life raising 5 children, gardening, cooking, shopping and loving the outdoors. She always had a heart for Jesus and spent much time sharing the Word. Preceded in death by her parents Jacques and Erma; brothers Raymond, Richard, David; sisters Doris Niewinski, Nancy Quaas. Gladys loved and will be deeply missed by her sister Mary Anderson; sons Paul Clyde, Norman Clyde, Lenny Clyde (Lisa); daughters Sue Clyde, Sarah Jane; grandchildren Tina, Emily, Nicholas, Austin, Lauryn, Ryan; many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to our extended family of caregivers at Lyngblomsten Care Center and Allina Hospice. Gladys' life will be celebrated in our hearts, minds and memories. In the spring near her birthday, family will have Celebration of Life and interment with date to follow.
