O'Neil, Melinda Age 65 of Bloomington. Passed away at her home September 22, 2017. Born in Los Angeles, CA, Melinda "Mindy" graduated from Lincoln High School in Bloomington, MN in 1970. In High School she was very active in Drama Club. She attended the University of MN graduating Magna Cum Laude. She attended UofM Law School graduating with a master's degree and was admitted to the State of MN Bar Association. Mindy loved animals, gardening and was very concerned about environmental issues. She was preceded in death by father, Kermit O'Neil. Survived by mother, Betty O'Neil; brother, Kevin (Teresa) O' Neil; and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Memorial Service 10:00am, Wednesday, September 27th 2017 at Transfiguration Lutheran Church, 11000 France Ave. S., Bloomington with visitation 1/2 hr prior to the service. Interment Bloomington Cemetery.
