Fulkerson, Loretta Mae (Rogne) passed away September 20, 2017. She was born in Mora, Minnesota on August 30, 1934 to Morris Rogne and Luella Rogne (Jewell). She leaves behind her husband of 64 years James Fulkerson, her daughter Dana, son-in-law Douglas Hamerski, cherished grandchildren Clayton, Calvin and Devon and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her brothers Loren and Levi Rogne. Loretta was Lorie to all her friends. She graduated from Mora High School in 1953. She went on to work at many administrative jobs before retiring in 1993 and moving to St Louis, Missouri. She spent 7 years there then moved to Wilmington, North Carolina where she resided with her whole family. She was a kind and loving person, always putting others before herself. Her twinkling smile will be forever missed.
