Engstrom, Virginia E. Age 86, of Plymouth, passed away September 20, 2017. Survived by husband, Gordon L.; children Beth (Bill) Campbell, Jon A. Sr. (Debra) Engstrom, Mark Sr. (Marlene) Engstrom, Peter (Jewel) Engstrom and Susan Engstrom; grandchildren Sherri, Tosha, Heather, Jon Jr., Jason, Melissa, Mark Jr., Mike, Levi, Cory, Chelsea, Eric, Christopher & Will; 22 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by daughter Jodi Swenson and great grandson Grayson Engstrom. Ginny was a member of the choirs at St. Philip Catholic Church in Minneapolis for many years, as well as at Resurrection Parish in Destin, FL. Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Tuesday, Sept 26th at the Church of the Holy Name of Jesus, 155 Cty. Rd. 24, Medina. with visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment Gethsemane Cemetery, New Hope.
