Eck, E. Norman age 94 passed away September 19, 2017. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. Preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Yvonne, and daughter Carol. Survived by daughters Barbara (Steve), Karen, and Christine; son Charles; grandchildren Laura, Kristin, Forrest, Robin, Kelly, and Cory; and great grandchildren Sierra, Desmond, and Sullivan. Norm was an Army veteran and served in WWII and Korean wars. An avid trout fisherman, he could be found casting flies, lures, and nightcrawlers into the Temperance and Cross rivers along the North Shore of Lake Superior or testing Montana waters on a float trip down the Yellowstone. Memorials preferred to: The Greater Lake Superior Foundation, 4440 46th Ave. S., Minneapolis, MN 55406, dedicated to preserving Lake Superior's tributaries and it's cold water fisheries.
