Boehne, Gordon W. age 86 of Bloomington, passed away August 17, 2017, after a long courageous battle with cancer. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Preceded in death by parents, Arthur E. and Delia; step mother, Sophie; 7 siblings, Elaine, Maurice, Edgar, Norma, Carol, Arthur and Genevieve. Gordon is survived by the love of his life JoAnn of almost 60 years; blessed with 2 sons, Scott (Mary), Brent (Tammy); grandchildren, Gabriel, Samuel, Madeleine, Katie Yanez, and many other relatives and friends. Gordon served for 4 years in the Air Force duing the Korean Conflict. He graduated with an accounting degree working in public accounting and several corporate functions. He was a member of the Financial Institute of America. He spent many winters in Oro Valley, AZ and summers in Cross Lake, MN. Memorials preferred to Mt Olivet Lutheran Church, 5025 Knox Ave S, Mpls. MN. Interment Dawn Valley Cemetery.
