Schroeder, Lorraine A. Age 88, of Roseville, MN Passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family. Preceded in death by her husband, William, and son-in-law, Steve. Survived by her children, Chris, Bill, Robin (Peter) and Jill (Mark); grandchildren, Skyler (Kira), Jaz, Ann and Jessica; sibling, Joan; nieces, nephews, friends and colleagues. Lorraine was a surgical nurse and knew how to handle tough situations with a calm strength. She raised four independent children and was a loving and ever present grandmother. She was famous for her "candy drawer" throughout the neighborhood and her passion for desserts. She had a long history of giving back to the community volunteering at the local elementary school and the local food bank. She loved to bowl, garden and save baby animals. With her warm heart she welcomed all into her home. Service Thursday, Aug. 17, 11 A.M. at BRADSHAW, 4600 Greenhaven Drive at Highway 96 (one mile west of 35E), White Bear.
