Rogers, Mark Jeffrey U.S. Navy Veteran 60, born February 3, 1957 passed away July 9, 2017. He grew up in Osseo, MN. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1974 and served with VP-50, VC-3, FASO, VP-30, HSL-45, aboard the USS Carl Vinson, and the USS Independence. He also completed his AA degree at Chapman University. He is survived by his spouse Joanne; son Steven Noel; daughter Julie Kristin; five brothers, six sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews. He is predeceased by his father Thomas, mother Jean and son Jeffrey Mark Rogers. Service will begin at 10 am at St. Vincent De Paul Church, 9100 93rd Avenue, Brooklyn Park on August 24, 2017.
