Manger, James Allen 62, of Brooklyn Park passed away on July 26, 2017. Preceded in death by his father, Lawrence. Survived by sons, Matthew (Jamie) and Adam (Kyra); 5 grandchildren and former wife, Debra. Also survived by his mother, Agnes; brother, Ronald and sister, Arlene (Thomas) Peszynski. Visitation 9-11 AM on August 19 at St. Austin Catholic Church, 4050 Upton Ave. N., Minneapolis. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Lunch will follow the service. Internment in Northern MN.
