Dittberner, David A. age 84 of Leaf Valley, MN, arrived in his Heavenly home on July 22, 2017 after courageously enduring a 5 1/2 year challenge with Alzheimer's. Dave is survived by his wife of 60 years, Caroline and children Mike (AJ) of St. Louis Park, Tim (Jane) of New Prague, Joel (Chris) of Grant, and Deb (Jay) of Alexandria; their eight grandchildren Sam (Ashley), Jordan, Emma (Colin), Alex, Will, Annie, Julia and Trevor. He is also survived by sisters, Cheryl Mrowicki and Bobette McCabe and many nieces and nephews. Dave was preceded in death by his parents Emma (Foslien) and Art Dittberner and his sister Ardelle Froemming. In celebration of his life, services will be held at Calvary Lutheran Church in Alexandria, MN on Thursday, July 27 at 7:00 p.m. with a visitation from 5:00-7:00 followed by an additional celebration at Gethsemane Lutheran Church and School in Maple-wood, MN on Friday, July 28 at 1 p.m. with visitation from 11-1 pm Arrangements provided by Lind Family Funeral & Cremation Service lindfamilyfh.com
