Swiderski, Joseph Frank 93 years 6 months old. Retired Twin Cities bus driver died Sunday July 2nd 2017 at Spanish Meadows Home in Brownsville Texas. Born December 14, 1923 to Mary and Walter Swiderski in Onamia Minnesota. Graduated from Onamia High School in Onamia. He served in the Navy for 4 years. Joe was a Twin Cities bus driver for 46 years. After retirement he also worked for National Car Rental. He loved to drive and also was an avid bowler. After his second retirement from National Car Rental he moved to Brownsville, Texas. Joe is survived by his wife of 50 years, Elaine Swiderski and 6 children, son Daniel Swiderski (Robyn), daughters, Linda Marinaccio (Rocco), Kathy Eide (David), Jan Repovsch (Paul), Cheryl Nutter (Larry) and Lori Axvig (Randy), 19 grand children and 22 great-grand children, 1 sister, Stella Forsberg, brothers-in-law Dalton Blodgett (Cheri), Rodney Blodgett (Bev) and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents Mary & Walter, brothers Chester (Janet), Steve (Susie), Bernard (Annie) & John (Ilene) and Sister Helen (Oliver), brother-in-law Bernie Forsberg. A memorial service will be held on August 17 at 11:00 a.m. at Living World Lutheran Church, 4300 Nichols Road, Eagan MN (651) 456-0249, luncheon to follow.
