Bollig, Beverly Grace Age 81, of Eden Prairie, MN, passed away May 23rd, 2017. Preceded in death by parents and brother Duane Jacques. Survived by husband of 60 years, Kenneth; sons, Bruce and Todd (Harriet); grandchildren, Kevin (Jessie), Kelly (Alex) Forster, Blair, Peter (Laura) and Alexa; great grandchildren, Colton and Bryce; sister-in-law, Gloria Jacques. Beverly is a genuine Eden Prairie native. Born Feb. 11th, 1936, on a dairy farm during a major snowstorm when the Dr. and nurse had to take a horse and sleigh in order to reach the farm to deliver her. Beverly attended St. Hubert School in Chanhassen and Eden Prairie High School graduating in 1954, one of 13 students. After graduation she worked at DW Onan in Minneapolis. Beverly and Ken married in 1956 and settled in Minnetonka. The family was outdoors-oriented which fostered Bev's love of nature. Bev enjoyed feeding and watching birds all year long wherever they were at the time be it at home, up north or Florida. Bev's love of nature overflows into her love of art in scenic prints.
