Howard was a longtime Blaine businessman and was an active member of the community. Longtime member of the Kraus Hartig VFW, Spring Lake Park Lions, Hackensack Legion Post #202, Blaine Chamber of Commerce and many others. He served in both the US Coast Guard & Army. Mass of Christian Burial at CHURCH OF ST. TIMOTHY (707 89th Ave. NE) Thursday at 1:30 PM with visitation beginning at 12 Noon. Interment Veteran's Memorial (Hillcrest) Cemetery in Hackensack.
