Kohlberg, Jeremy Adam age 13, of Shoreview, passed away April 22, 2017 after a long and epic battle with Brain Cancer. He is survived by his parents, Carol and John Kohlberg; and his two brothers, Charlie and Gabe. He was a son, a brother, and friend. His wonderful spirit and infectious smile will live in our hearts forever.
