Hipp, Helen E. age 89, of Apple Valley, previously of Bloomington, went home to be with her Creator and Savior on April 22, 2017. Born in Gills Rock, Wl making her home later in Minnesota to attend Bethel College where she met her husband Grant. Preceded in death by husband Grant; parents Harry & Edna, brother Russell, and infant son. Survived by sons Jim Hipp, Gary (Merri Lee) Hipp, Terry (Danya Kaplan) Hipp; and daughter Cyndi (Gary) Webb; grandchildren Jenessa Jensen, Carissa (Jeff) Barden, Sam (Lauren) Hipp, Zechariah Hipp, Jesse Webb, Kailey Webb, great grandchildren Scarlet & Clara Hipp; sister Janet Martell; brothers Conwell, Paul, Dale, Philip and Wayne Voight; and many more relatives and loving friends.
