Sauer, Britney Nicole Passed away on Wednesday, April 19th at 8:03 PM at Gillette Children's Hospital surrounded by her loving mom, dad, and sister after complications from pneumonia. Britney was born Sept. 9, 1992 in St. Paul, MN. As a person with Special Needs, Britney was unable to walk or talk yet inspired many people with her feisty spirit, determination, and will to survive. She had a deep laugh and wonderful smile. Through her gifts of organ donation, Britney's spirit will live on.Britney was preceded in death by her Grandpa Bert Rausch and Uncle Wayne Sauer. Britney is survived by her devoted Parents: Paul and Susan, sister Ali, Grandparents Dr. Howard and Helen Sauer, Jean Rausch, Aunts and Uncles: Todd and Margie Lindberg, David and Lois Rausch, Mary Jo Rausch, David and Kris Sauer.
