Wilkinson, Raymond E. age 77 of Minneapolis passed away peacefully Thursday, April 13, 2017. Survivors include wife Ginny, daughter, Sarah Eve (Jacob), son Joshua (Nikki), grandchildren Maddi and Thomas, and brother Michael (Candace). In addition to the immediate family, Ray is survived by many friends, co-workers from Hennepin County, and ULLR "biking buddies." People enjoyed his easy-going, pleasant personality along with his corny jokes, stories, and conversations. His sense of humor and zest for life will be greatly missed by many. Ray was very much loved. God needed someone to help establish the bike trails in heaven. A memorial service is going to be held on Monday, May 15, 2017 at Salem Covenant Church, 2655 - 5th Street N.W., New Brighton, Mn. Visitation is at 10:00 AM followed by a service at 11:00 AM. A light luncheon will be served in the Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Union Gospel Mission, Salem Covenant Church, or ULLR Foundation.
