Hargarten, Donna Jean Age 86 of Rogers, Minnesota. Passed away peacefully at Wellstead of Rogers, 3/27/2017. Donna was born in Peoria, IL on 10/13/1930. Her family moved to Minnesota in the early 1940's. She was raised in North Minneapolis, and graduated from Patrick Henry High School. She lived most of her life in Brooklyn Park with her children. Donna worked as an Executive Assistant for multiple large Minneapolis Companies, Honeywell, Naegle Advertising, and most recently Hitchcock Industries of Bloomington. She served on the Board of Executive Women Inter-national. Preceded in death by parents Leslie Wilson and Edith (Clark) Taylor; siblings Robert Wilson (Janet) and Naomi Burkenstock (Norman); nephew Kenton Shoemaker; daughters-in-law Amy Hargarten and Peggy Hargarten. Survived by children James Hargarten, Sue Klassen (Tom), and Jerry Hargarten (Evelyn); grandchildren, Stephanie Matson (Scott), Jeffrey Hargarten, Amy Sue Davis (Kyle), Joel Hargar-ten (Aubrey), Alicia Hargarten, Jonathon Hargarten, Scott Hargar-ten and Rebecca Hargarten (Ryan Johnson); great-grandchildren, Allison Matson, John Matson, Claire Matson, Elias Matson, Matthew Davis, Elizabeth Davis, Evelyn Davis, Evelyn Johnson and Hayley Hargar-ten; nieces and great nieces, great nephew. A special thanks to the wonderful Caregivers at Wellstead of Rogers these last 8 years. Funeral Service will be at Gearty Delmore, Robbinsdale, MN on Saturday, April 1, 2017, 11 am and visitation will be after 10 am. Burial at Glen Haven Cemetery in Crystal following the service.
