David Gerard Sabourin

Sabourin, David Gerard age 49, of Loretto, Minnesota died in a tragic automobile accident on March 24, 2017. He was preceded in death by his father, Glynn Sabourin. He is survived by his wife Shelly and his loving children Makenna (16), Isabella (14), Kaiden (12) and Tyler (24), his mother, Marge Sabourin and siblings Judy (Tim) Hoover and Paul (Lisa) Sabourin. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews. David was a volunteer firefighter for the Hamel Fire Department for 13 years, owner of Sabourin's Wine & Liquor in Rockford, MN and a custodian at their local Delano Public School District. David was the kind of man that would give you the shirt off of his back. He was a kind, caring, loving and giving person who was admired by many. He adored his family and loved to hunt, fish, take his kids water tubing and enjoy weekends at their cabin. His visitation is only on Wednesday, March 29 from 4-8 PM with 7 PM reading of his eulogy at Gearty-Delmore Funeral Chapel, 15800 37th Ave N at Vicksburg Lane, Plymouth. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at The Church of Saint Anne, 200 Hamel Road, Hamel on Thursday, March 30 at 10 AM. David's burial will follow the ceremony at Gethsemane Cemetery, New Hope.
