Crampton and mother, Lillian E. Crampton. Survived by husband James W. Locker, daughter Charlotte Krogsveen (Arne), sons David Locker (Yvonne Sandin), Daniel Locker (Dawn), 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many friends. Ginny was a member of Martha Chapter #132, Past Worthy Matron of University Chapter #269 and Past Grand Marshal of the Grand Chapter of Minnesota Order of the Eastern Star. She was also Past Guardian of Job's Daughters Bethel #19 at Arcana Lodge. Services to be held Thursday, 1-26-17 at Fridley United Methodist Church 680 Mississippi Street, Fridley, MN at 11:00 AM. Reviewal 1 hour prior to OES service followed by church service. Private interment at Fort Snelling.
