Dugan, Thais J. (Billeadeau) 83, Edina, MN, died Friday, January 13, 2017 at Southdale Fairview Hospital Hospice Care. Preceded in death by daughter, Kelly Ann Dugan; parents, Gene and Dorris Billeadeau; and brother, Reed Billeadeau (Betty). Survived by loving husband of 56 years, Philip; son, Michael Dugan (Kevin Stocks); grandson, Tony Sachs; nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends. Graduated UM/dental hygiene 1953. Memorial Mass of Christian Burial 11 AM Tuesday, January 24, with visitation one hour prior to the Mass at the Church of St. Patrick, Valley View at Gleason Road, Edina. Reception to follow at church and interment at Lakewood Cemetery next to daughter, Kelly Ann following reception. NO flowers please.
