Gore, Warren Y. Age 93, of St. Paul. Died January 17, 2017. Preceded in death by parents, Phleete and Byrde Gore. Survived by wife, Ki Ki; daughter, Lia (Frank Haluska); son, Paul (Tracy Fischman); grandchildren, Alex Quinones, Talia Gore and Jacob Gore; brother, Norman Gore; sister, Virginia Shelton; also nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Warren was a WWII veteran in the Army Air Corps. He graduated from the University of Missouri and earned his Masters Degree from the University of Iowa. He earned his Ph.D. ABD from Northwestern University and the University of MN. He taught at the University of Omaha (now Univ. of Nebraska at Omaha), the University of Cincinnati, and the St. Paul campus of the University of Minnesota. Memorial Service 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 4 at St. Anthony Park United Church of Christ, 2129 Commonwealth Ave., St. Paul. Interment Roselawn Cemetery.
