Moss, Howard Age 82 of Phoenix, formerly of St. Paul passed away on November 16, 2016. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Estie. He is survived by his daughter Cynthia, sons Terry, Michael and Bradley and their spouses, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and many other loving family members. A service to honor Howard will be held on Friday, December 16, 11am at the Temple of Aaron Cemetery, 591 Larpenteur Ave. W. Roseville, MN 55113.
