Egan, Vincent E. Age 74, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 1st, 2016 after undergoing surgery on Monday. Vince is survived by his wife, Sue Rawlings and tons of friends and "family". Vince was just "a farm boy from Dayton, MN", born and raised in Minneapolis, he attended Shattuck Preparatory School, graduated from the University of Minnesota, served in the Air National Guard and US Air Force. He founded VEE Corporation in 1980 and the Sesame Street Live Show was born. Vince was the entrepreneur whose leadership created one of the world's most successful family companies, entertaining millions of children around the world with live touring stage shows. A casual celebration of his life will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016 at Word of Peace Lutheran Church, 21705 129th Ave. N., Rogers, MN 55374. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. and service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Please join the family for a luncheon immediately following the service at The Crown Room at the Wellstead of Rogers, 20500 S.
