Seeber, Jeffrey M. 65, of Woodbury, MN, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 after a long illness. He was disabled as a result of serving the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. "Doc" founded the Military Salute Project in 2003. His group coordinated numerous patriotic events, including 2007 Echo Taps at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, the 2008 Honor and Remember Ride to Washington and the 2009 Remember The Fallen Tribute. He started Operation Email in 2005 to maintain contact with military personnel deployed around the world. He was a member or honorary member of the Bandido Charlie Association, Canadian Vietnam Veterans Association, Minnesota Memorial Riders and the Minnesota Platoon. He is survived by his wife, Candace; brothers, Allen (Barbara), Gary (Delores), Brian (Lynne), Kevin; other relatives; and many friends, including his "brother", Dave (Sue) Winkler. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Ruth. Visitation will be Monday, Dec. 5 from 4-7 pm. Funeral Service will be Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 11 am with visitation one hour prior all at Wulff Woodbury Funeral Home, 2195 Woodlane Dr., Woodbury.
