DeCourcy, James W. "Jim" age 85, of Monticello, MN, formerly of Bigfork and Coon Rapids, passed away peacefully on Nov 30, 2016. Preceded in death by his parents, William & Florence. Survived by beloved wife of 64 years, Virginia; children Dennis (Carol), Steph, Paul (Cindy), and Dave (Liz); six grandchildren, Christina (Jason), Chad (Ashley), Andy, Nicole, Joe and Matt (Ashley); seven great grandchildren; plus one future granddaughter on the way. Dad proudly served with the US Marines. Prior to retirement, he was a life-long employee of NSP. Former member of the Knights of Columbus, Lions Club, "Take a Kid Fishing" program, and Manager of The Edge of the Wilderness Golf Course in Bigfork, MN. Visitation Mon, Dec 5, 2016, 10:00-10:30 am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am, St. Henry Catholic Church, 1001 E 7th St, Monticello, MN 55362. Interment St. Henry's Catholic Cemetery.
