Stuhr, Gordon Louis (Gordy) 79, of Green Valley, Arizona, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at St Mary's Hospital, Tucson, Arizona. Born 11/29/36 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Gordon proudly served his country in the Navy enlisting at the age of 17. He was a successful businessman who enjoyed traveling the world with Carol, his wife of 56 years, spending time at the family lake cabin in Crosslake, Minnesota, and winter ski trips. Gordon is survived by his wife Carol (Russell), children Craig (Peggy Jessen), Corey, Melissa (Tom Hamilton) Morin, Suzanne (Matt) Copeland, Brynne (Shawn) Love, seven grandchildren, and many other family and friends. He will be missed enormously and cannot be replaced in our hearts. A celebration of life honoring Gordon is being planned for the summer of 2017 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
