Rose, William C. of Crystal, passed away at home on November 25th, one month shy of his 92nd birthday. Survived by loving wife of 65 years, Jeanne and their half-dozen Roses: Rustin (Ela), Kimberly, Sister Lisa, OSB; Kevin (Mary), Michael (Janice), and Amy (James) Techam; 18 grandchildren & 6 great-grand-children; brother John, sister-in-law Margaret, and nieces and nephews. Bill was an Aviation Radioman 2nd Class in the U.S. Navy. He graduated from the U of M, became a registered civil engineer and the owner of WCR, Inc., built the Robbinsdale City Hall, designed and built his own round cabin on Diamond Lake. He was an avid skier, hunter, long distance runner, and a member of the National Ski Patrol. Bill enjoyed time at Bay Lake where he waterskied until age 80. He was a member of Mensa and loved to read. He was very active at Sacred Heart Church and a member of its choir. Bill was a Guardian ad Litem, representing the youth of Hennepin County. We will remember him most for his incredible faith, unconditional love, steadfast loyalty, sense of justice, generosity, and his ever-present wit and laughter. Mass of Christian Burial 10 AM Saturday, December 10th at the Church of the Sacred Heart, 4087 W Broadway, Robbinsdale. Visitation Friday 5-8 PM with 7 PM prayer service at Gearty-Delmore Robbinsdale Chapel, 3888 W Broadway and Saturday at church one hour before Mass. Int. Monday, Dec 12th 10:30 AM at Ft.
