Lee, Harold E. age 93 of Mpls, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2016. Preceded in death by wife of 62 years, Ethel; parents, William and Esther Lee. Survived by sisters-in-law, Agnes "Jackie" Mohrbacher, and Margaret and Betty Stockland; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Harold was raised in New London, MN and graduated from New London High School. He served in the US Army in WWII on the European Front. He worked in the Men's Dept at Daytons for 27 years and in his retirement worked for many years at Washburn-McReavy Funeral Chapel. He was a long time member of Central Lutheran Church, where he was active as an usher. He was a member of the Lake Harriet Masonic Lodge, the Zuhrah Shrine and the Scottish Rite. He was also a member of the Sons of Norway and the New London American Legion. Memorial service 11 AM Saturday, October 29 with visitation beginning at 10 AM at Central Lutheran Church, 333 S. 12th St, Mpls. Private interment Fairview Cemetery in Willmar, MN.
