Kiffe, Dennis William Age 62, of Maplewood, MN, died peacefully Oct. 5, 2016 after a short but ferocious battle with lung cancer. Dennis grew up in Columbia Heights. He had a quick and impish wit giving him the affectionate nickname "Dennis the Menace" when he was young. He had a passion and skill for playing baseball with hopes of playing pro until thwarted by childhood asthma. In addition to his quick humor, Dennis was known for his kind heart, willingness to help others, and his loyalty to friends. He developed a close relationship with his faith community and will be greatly missed by all. A memorial service will be held Nov. 6 at 1:00 PM at Sojourn Campus Church, 310 18th Ave SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414, near the U of M. 612-379-1200.
