Moore, Phillip Dalton Jr. age 36, was called home unexpectedly to be with the Lord on September 25th, 2016 from Robbinsdale MN. Phillip was born in Minneapolis on November 5, 1979. Preceded in death by father Phillip Dalton Moore Sr. and grandmother Phyllis Johnson. Survived by wife, Nicole and daughter Marissa. Mother Karen Moore. Daughter Lauren, son Phillip III, and their mother Jennifer. Brother Josh. Sisters Gina, Kari, Jennifer and Jessica. A host of nieces and nephews. Homecoming celebration at Evangelist Crusaders Church, 4307 4th Ave S, Minneapolis, on Tuesday October 4th. Service at 11am.
