Lofgren, Michael Thomas age 34, of Maple Grove, passed away unexpectedly on 9/24/2016. Survived by wife, Carrie; daughter, Grace (13); parents, Sandra & David; brothers, Chris (Kari), Brent (Kari); nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by twin brother, Matthew. Visitation 6-8 PM Thurs. at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 7217 W. Broadway, Brooklyn Park. Memorial service 11 AM Fri., with visitation beginning at 10 AM, all at the church.
