Halphen-Kingman, Lynette age 64, of Brooklyn Park, passed away unexpectedly with family by her side on Sunday, September 25, 2016. She was preceded in death by her parents. Lynn is survived by her children, Derek Halphen and Tanna Halphen; five grandchildren; siblings, Scott (Heidi) Kingman and Kathy (Willie) Stevens; nieces, nephews; other family and friends.
