Swanson, John A. age 95, formerly of Fridley, McGregor and Elbow Lake. Preceded in death by his wife, Adeline; nine brothers and sisters. Survived by his wife, LeVonne; son, John (Lynn); grandsons, Eric and Reid (Nellie Munn); numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. John served as Vice President of Midland Cooperatives and as Past District Governor in the Lions Organization. Memorial service 11:00 AM, Friday, September 30, with visitation one hour prior at Christ the King Lutheran Church, 1900 7th Avenue NW, New Brighton. Interment Pine Needles Cemetery, McGregor, MN.
