Curran, Patricia I. (nee Canty) age 87, of Edina, passed away with family members present on Saturday, August 27, 2016. Pat was raised in Hornell, New York and worked in Washington, D.C. for the F.B.I. She married her hometown sweetheart, Paul Curran. Pat and Paul moved to Minneapolis with General Mills and raised two daughters. Pat enjoyed tennis and walking with her dear friend Karen Sims. Her greatest joy was her immediate and extended families. She was the definition of "Mother" and "Grandma" to many including the wonderful Dixon family. Pat is predeceased by her husband Paul; brothers John (Joanne), Donald (Jennie); sister Eleanor (Charles). She is survived by daughters, Kathleen (John) and Michaeleen (Eric); Grandchildren, Mary Angela, Patrick, Erin, Kelsey and Johnny; sisters, Vivian (Ben), Nancy (Hugh), Shirley and brother, Gerald (Ruth); sister-in-law, Kathleen White.
