Harvey, Alesia age 61, passed away on Tuesday August 23rd 2016 at her home in Fridley, MN after her valiant fight with ALS. Her strong will to live, unwavering faith in God, and love and prayers of family, friends, and many supporters carried her through. Alesia was born June 21st, 1955 in Louisville, KY in the union of Ruby and Grace Ann Blevins. She united in Holy Matrimony to Scott F. Harvey in Louisville, KY on December 27th 1985. In this union of 31 years, Alesia and Scott Harvey raised four children, LaToria Shobe, Tonika Shobe, LaTisha Clark, and Scott Frank Harvey Jr. Possessing a true servant's heart, Alesia faithfully cared for her family and friends. A woman of faith and the heart of the family, Alesia shaped their spirituality by her tireless Christian example. With a real love for life, Alesia loved to dance, cook, pray, and spend time with her family. Alesia is survived by her loving husband Scott Harvey, four children, ten grandchildren, eight brothers and sisters and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. The visitation will be held on Friday, September 2nd 2016 at Miller Funeral Home at 10am. The funeral will be held immediately following at 11am.
