Allshouse, Dona M. Stoneman Brown of Apple Valley, Minnesota, born March 23, 1923 in Minneapolis, MN, passed away at age 93 on August 22, 2016. She was preceded in death by husband Bertrand Allshouse a Railroad man, parents: Walter and Emma (Roetter) Stoneman, siblings; Henry, Rhoda, Louise, Catherine and Walter; beloved son Lance Cpl. Walter (Stoney) Brown, a decorated US Marine, son-in-law Federal Police Officer Terry Hansen, Grandson AZ Hwy. Patrolman Chris Marano. Mom and her love Bert met at Parents Without Partners. They enjoyed dancing and danced they did, right into each other's hearts. She passed away on their 47th wedding anniversary. Dona was employed by Control Data Corp., upon their retirement, she and Bert moved to Harlingen, Texas. She loved to dance and sing. She was an avid reader, enjoyed crosswords and Scrabble. Her childhood love of horseback riding and playing the violin created a lifelong appreciation of both. She is survived by her children: Ro Ann Schroeder (Eugene), Lu Jane Hansen, Scott Allshouse (Marlene), David Brown (Cheri), Mark Allshouse (Barb), Matthew Brown (Nickoel); 21 Grandchildren, 31 Great grandchildren and 3 Great-great grandchildren.
