Elsen, Donald Lorence "Don" Age 89, longtime Richfield resident, entered the arms of Jesus and was reunited with his loving wife Betty and his son Jeffrey on August 22. Survived by his children: Julie (Curtis), Mary, and Michael (Gerilyn); 11 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and numerous other family and friends. Don and his brothers owned Elsen Service Garage in Richfield. He was an active member of Assumption Church, a proud Korean War Veteran and a dedicated volunteer at Bridging. Mass of Christian Burial at Assumption Church, 305 East 77th Street in Richfield, Friday August 26th at 11:00 a.m. with visitation one hour prior. Visitation, also at Assumption Church, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday August 25th, with memories and prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Interment at Assumption Cemetery with luncheon to follow.
