Clark, Charlotte age 76, of Bemidji, MN, formerly of Minneapolis, MN died Sunday, July 24, 2016 at Neilson Place, Bemidji, MN. Funeral services will be 10 AM Thursday, July 28, 2016 at the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home. She worked for the State of Minnesota until she retired.
