Fischer, Joyce C. Age 87, of Minneapolis, passed away July 24, 2016. Survived by husband, Wallace; children, Julie, Patti, Joel (Lori) and Timothy; 9 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; brother, Dean Elken; sister, Marilyn (Elken) Sandmann; many other relatives and friends. She was very proud of her Norwegian heritage and will be greatly missed at lefse making this year. Funeral service Monday, August 1 at Lake Nokomis Lutheran Church, 5011 S. 31st Ave, Mpls, MN.
