Schedin, Audrey Marie Age 92, passed away peacefully on July 18, 2016. Audrey was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Jim Schedin, and her parents, Albert and Mabel Johnson. Audrey was loved, and is deeply missed by twin sister, Shirley Zeien, and brothers, Howard and Newton (Jane) Johnson. Her children, Diane (Jim) Schimelpfenig, Bob (Sue) Schedin, and Nancy (Kevin) Hogan were blessed to have her as their wonderful Mom. Audrey was treasured by her grandchildren Krista Schimelpfenig, Erikka Schimelpfenig (Billy Ferris), Steven Hogan, Emily (Eric) Schmidtman, Tim Hogan, Allison Schedin, Danny Hogan, and Jenny Hogan. Great-grandchildren Beatrice Audrey and Teddy Ferris adored her! We have each lived every day of our lives knowing how much she loved and supported us. Audrey was born and grew up in North Branch, and spent most of her adult life in St. Paul, Maple-wood, and Shoreview, MN. She was a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Nursing, and worked as a registered nurse prior to having children. Audrey and Jim were sweethearts for 62 years, and loved spending time together in church activities, golf, following Golden Gopher athletics, and with dear family and friends. Audrey loved music, singing with her twin sister on the radio as young girls, and continuing as a church choir member for decades to come. Memorial Service 2:00 PM, Monday, July 25 at FIRST LUTHERAN CHURCH, 4000 Linden St., White Bear Lake, MN (gathering begins at 12:30). There will be a private interment.
