Bergquist, David Gary May 17, 1940 - July 13, 2016 David G. Bergquist, age 76, of Apple Valley, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family. David was a high school math teacher for over 30 years and retired from Lakeville High School in 1996. He has also been a vendor at various Minnesota sports facilities since 1957 where he worked games for various teams, including the Twins, Vikings, Timberwolves, and Gophers. He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Evelyn Bergquist. David is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Carol, and by his son, Brian. A Celebration of Life will be held 11 AM Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the Grace Lutheran Church, 7800 Co. Rd. 42 in Apple Valley, with a gathering of family and friends 1 hr. prior to service.
