Swanson, Rolland Wallace "Butch" age 75, of Saint Michael, died April 22, 2014. Retired Brooklyn Park police officer and fire fighter, Minnesota Air National Guard member, and longtime resident of Brooklyn Park. Survived by loving wife, Sandra D. Swanson; daughter, Terri L. Coode (Larry); sons, Mark R. Swanson and Jeffrey R. Swanson; and granddaughter, Crystal Crossman. Also survived by sisters, Gayle Nyberg (Paul) and April Thomas (John); brother, Michael Swanson, Sr. (Diana); along with nieces, nephews, cousins, and many loving friends.
