Lundgren, Shirley Ann Age 85, of New Hope, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 21, 2014. Shirley went to Business College and worked for Colonial Acres /Covenant Manor for 30 years as administrative assistant and following retirement continued to volunteer there for many years. Shirley put a smile on every face she met. She was courageous, gracious, energetic, always active and willing to "try anything once". She loved to work in her yard, play cards with "the girls", watch the Vikings and Twins and spend time with her family. Her contagious laughter and smile have forever imprinted on all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Joe Lundgren and sister Joan Moeller. She is survived by daughter Pam (Steve) Lusian and son Greg (Betsy) Lundgren; grandchildren Kelly (Jeff), Kristin, Ben, Joe (Maggie), and Lukas; 4 great grandchildren Hannah, Alex, Isaac and Harper and many loving friends. Memorial service Sunday, April 27 at 2:30 pm, with visitation 1 hr prior, at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel, 15800 37th Ave. N. Burial on Monday, April 28, 10:30 am, Fort Snelling, Assembly Area #6.
