Rumley, James A. (Jim) 78 of White Bear Lake. Jim was a graduate of St Agnes High School where he played on their only undefeated football team. He served four years in the Navy as a Radarman, received a Bachelor's degree from the U of MN, and a Master's from St. Thomas. He taught at Roosevelt and Northdale Middle Schools in the Anoka Hennepin District for 32 years. He especially loved his family, teaching, baseball, golf, politics and Golden Oldies music. Jim was born January 12, 1936 and died April 10, 2014. He is survived by his wife, Dianne; his daughter, Laura; his son, John (Elizabeth); sister, Janice Seamans; and his grandchildren, Josh, Zach, Simon, Katelyn and Carmen. Mass of Christian Burial April 24, at 11:00 a.m., with visitation 1 hour prior to service at St. Joan of Arc Church, 4537 3rd Ave S, Mpls., MN 55419. Interment in the church's Memorial Gardens.
